Day wise travel itinerary

Day 1: Lubumbashi – Dar es Salaam
 | Meals: Dinner
  • Flight from Lubumbashi to Dar es Salaam (flight cost not included unless group ticket arranged)
  • Arrival at Julius Nyerere International Airport (DAR)
  • Meet & greet, transfer to hotel
  • Hotel: Sea Cliff Hotel Dar es Salaam (4★) or Hotel Slipway (3★ boutique, oceanfront)
  • Activities: Rest or optional city walk along the beach promenade
Day 2: Dar es Salaam City Tour
 | Meals: Full Board

  • National Museum
  • Village Museum (traditional huts & dance shows)
  • Kariakoo Market (local shopping experience)
  • Evening free for relaxation at hotel

Day 3: Dar es Salaam – Zanzibar

  • Transfer to ferry terminal for boat to Zanzibar (approx. 2 hours)
  • Arrival in Zanzibar, transfer to Stone Town hotel

  • Activities: Free evening to explore Stone Town streets
Day 4: Stone Town Tour & Beach Transfer

  • 2nd Payment - 30% of the Tour cost
  • 3rd Payment - 30% of the Tour cost
  • 100% payment to be made at least 30 Days Prior to your Departure.

Exclusions

  • International flights Lubumbashi–Dar es Salaam
  • Visa fees (Tanzania visa on arrival for DRC passport holders ~$50)
  • Lunches and dinners
  • Tips of $5 per person per day.
  • Porterage - Passengers need to carry their own luggage.
  • Baggage Handling Charge for Internal sectors levied by airlines.
  • Any personal expenses i.e. Laundry, Phone etc.
  • Any surcharge applicable during your travel dates.
  • Optional activities (snorkeling, diving, dhow cruise)
  • Anything which is not mentioned in Inclusions.

Cancellation Policy

  • 60 Days or more prior to Departure - 30% of the Tour Cost
  • 59 Days to 35 Days prior to Departure - 50% of the Tour Cost
  • 34 Days to 07 Days prior to Departure - 75% of the Tour Cost
  • With 7 Days of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost
