- Valid passport – at least 6 months validity and two blank pages.
- Passport-sized photos – recent, white background.
- Completed visa application form – we assist with the official form.
- Visa application fee – payment receipt or proof.
- Proof of travel purpose – invitation, conference ticket, or itinerary.
- Proof of funds – bank statements (3–6 months) or sponsor letter.
- Proof of ties to home country – employment letter, property, or family ties.
- Travel itinerary – flight booking and accommodation confirmation.
- Supporting documents (if applicable) – marriage/birth certificates, admission letters, or employment contracts.
3. Country-Specific Notes
- Canada: Proof of funds, biometrics, photo, travel history.
- UK: TB test (for long stays), employment letter, travel history.
- USA: DS-160 form, interview appointment confirmation.
- Australia: Health & character checks, academic transcripts (for students).
- Schengen (Europe): Travel insurance with minimum €30,000 medical coverage.
4. Optional but Recommended
- Travel insurance – medical, trip cancellation, luggage.
- Cover letter – short explanation of travel purpose and itinerary.
- Previous visa copies – if you have travelled before.
